Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger (BPHE)
Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger is a heat exchange medium consisting of plates and frames. in general the Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger is the same as Plate Heat Exchanger, but Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger uses Brazed material. In Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger, plates are arranged with a certain arrangement, so that two lines are formed which are called Hot Side and Cold Side. Hot Side is drained with liquid with a relatively hotter temperature and Cold Side is drained with liquid with a relatively cooler temperature. Liquid substances used as a medium can be of the same or other types, for example water, oil-water, etc.
